 A very warm welcome to Thai Arts, first timers to The Duncairn programming and bringing this very classic craft of northern Thailand; a craft remarkably easy to learn, creating stunning effects from flower designs to realistic scenes of village life.

During this lovely morning workshop, you will paint traditional Thai rice paper and silk fans handmade from bamboo, taking the opportunity to have fun expressing your artistic flair while using beautifully vibrant colours. Thai people use these fans to keep cool in the hot weather, and each unique finished piece can also be used to decorate your home.
