Explore the basics of natural dyeing and discover the wonderful palette of colours that can be achieved using plant-based kitchen waste. In this workshop we’ll be using accessible kitchen materials which will provide you with the framework to play with colour from your own home!

About Fiona:

Fiona is an artist and maker based in North Belfast. Her background in fine art and work in the textile industry combined with a deep care for sustainability culminate in her natural dye practice. She finds that working with natural colour becomes a way to connect on a deeper level to the food we eat, the landscapes around us, and the rhythms of each new season.
