Taught by qualified Hatha Yoga & Meditation Teacher Justine Brown, this will be a gentle class focusing on breath led mindful movements finishing with a nurturing guided relaxation. The class is suitable for anyone over 16 years old.
Please bring a cosy blanket for the relaxation and a yoga mat if you have one — there will be a limited number available at the class.
As this is a drop-in donation-based class, there is no need to book — you just turn up on the night and pay what you can afford.
