Jinx Lennon sings about what he believes is happening in the real world as seen through the eyes of his border schizo punk fffolk music, emanating from the Irish borderlands. 

His songs 'Newry Bird' and 'We Don't See Anything' have become anthems in venues across Ireland, from The Lagan to the Lee. 

Jinx has been on the periphery of the Irish music scene since the mid-1980s, playing in garage bands like Novena Babes, Silver Seeds, Sneaky Pete, and The Ostrich. Since going solo in 1999, Jinx has been crafting songs inspired by his daily A-to-Z, covering topics like work, personal struggles, local oddballs, the drama, and the characters of northeast border life and beyond. He has toured with legends such as The Fall and John Cooper Clarke and has supported folk icon Christy Moore.
