In Conversation is a series of events at the Duncairn where Professor Phil Scraton hosts in-depth conversations with inspirational people from a working class background who have become leaders in their field; whether that be arts, social justice, literature, filmmaking, law, music and more. 

In this edition, Phil will speak with leading Scottish singer-songwriter Eddi Reader, herself no stranger to the Duncairn stage, to find out more about her beginnings, her successes with Fairground Attraction and as a solo artist, through to what the future might hold.   Maybe even a song or two - we’re really looking forward to this one!
