JP Trio is a Trad-Hop collective formed in county Sligo reemerging from a brief hiatus. The core consists of Brothers Ted (Electric Guitar & Banjo) & Jos (Keyboard & Accordion) Kelly along with fellow Sligo man Paul Leonard on drums.
The Trio are very much at the forefront of a new vision to sculpt a path linking traditional Irish rhythms
and melodies with aspects of hip hop and jazz. The lads plans include collaborating with singers and musicians across the Emerald Isle in an innovative process that knows no boundaries.
