Adobe Photoshop is the world’s most popular graphics and digital photo-editing software. It is used by millions of graphic designers and photographers.
This course is the ideal introduction to the skills and techniques needed
to master image manipulation and photographic re-touching. The course will guide you through how to use Adobe Photoshop and its user interface and you will learn how to use the basic essential tools for editing and enhancing your photographs.
The course will show you how to adjust the exposure, contrast, brightness and colour saturation, dodge and burn, sharpen, use layers, re-touch blemishes in the original photograph, insert text onto an image, resize and prepare the image for print or online publishing and much more.
This course is aimed at people with little or no previous experience of using Photoshop who want to learn how to edit their images and bring them to the next level.
At the end of the course participants will have the opportunity to have their work exhibited at Duncairn Centre for Culture and Arts. Stanislav Nikolov will deliver the course.
