The Legend that is John Spillane — a musician, songwriter, performer, recording artist, storyteller, poet, dreamer — a canvass filled with colour and brilliance. His music transports the listener; his live performance captivates the audience. In a world filled with strife and upheaval, a time-out with John Spillane is enough to ease the load a bit on anyone lucky enough to bask in his light. The man and his music are pure magic.

Two-time Meteor award winner, John is one of the most accomplished songwriters in Ireland today. Among those who have covered his songs are Christy Moore, Karan Casey, Pauline Scanlon, Cathy Ryan, Sharon Shannon, Sean Keane and George Murphy, to name a few.

Kildare native Lisa Loughrey began her singing and songwriting career with Dublin based alt folk band, The Mariannes. In 2014, she was singled out for top honours in the inaugural Clancy Brother’s Songwriting Competition for the track, Lost with All Hands.

Lisa is currently working with multi-instrumentalist and producer Nathan Maher (Buffalo Sunn) and upright bass player Damian McMahon, (formerly of Tupelo) on a collection of solo material and is set to release her debut album in 2018. The sound of this new material is grounded in roots genres. She was also shortlisted for a Pure M best solo female award for 2017.
